Taylor Swift currently has ten studio albums. Her first album was released in 2006, and the most recent in 2022. An interesting way to compare the albums, is by analyzing the different song lengths. The above graph shows every song length for each Taylor Swift studio album. The albums are listed in the order in which they were released.

“Speak Now” is Taylor’s third studio album and was released in 2010. It really was aptly titled. It has the longest songs out of all her albums. “Dear John” at 6 min and 43 secs is not only the longs songs on “Speak Now”, but the longest song on any album. The album also features “Last Kiss” which is 6:07 min and “Enchanted” which is 5:53 min. These songs are the 2nd and 3rd longest songs on ‘Speak Now”, as well as the 2nd and 3rd longest songs on her discography.

“Reputation” is Taylor’s sixth studio album and was released in 2017. This album has the least variety of song length out of all the albums. All the songs “Reputation” range from 3:23 min – 4:04 min. It is by far the smallest range of song lengths.
