The Masters is an annual golf tournament that takes place in Augusta, Georgia. It is highly competitive, with only the greatest golfers participating. Most golfers who have won the title have only done it once. But there are a select few who have multiple wins to their names. But how hard is that? How impressive is it for someone to win the Masters more than once? Very hard and very impressive. The graph above shows the distribution of total Masters wins.
There have been 53 different players who have won a total of 84 Masters titles. The graph shows how many players have 1 – 6 Masters wins in their career. Jack Nicklaus has won 6, Tigers Woods 5, and Arnold Palmer 4.
The major take away from the graph is that the majority of Masters winners have only won the tournament once. A very select group of people have multiple wins. An even smaller group have won more than twice. This indicates that the players who have more than 2 Masters wins are really in a group of their own in regards to their ability to play golf.

While 5 golfers have 3 total Masters wins. Masters Tournament: One of the four major championships in professional golf. Usually takes place in the first full week of April. The Masters is the first major of the year, and is always held at the same location, Augusta National Golf Club, a private course in Augusta, Georgia.
